Slow braised shoulder of venison wellington, potato fondant, buttered greens and port sauce
Halibut fillet with saffron and mussel risotto, carrot fritters and coriander sauce

Braised root vegetable, rosemary and cider pie with beetroot and apple remoulade with a parsley sauce
