Situated in the Merchant city, Gandolfi fish has built up a loyal following with a strict adherence to fresh, home made produce and the finest quality ingredients.
Our seafood is sustainably sourced from the waters around the Western Isles of Scotland, particularly the clean waters of Skye.
In 2009 our head chef Jamie Donald was named the Scottish seafood chef of the year, and the restaurant also features as one of Ron Mackenna's top 25 Scottish restaurants(Herald newspaper).
