Our maple syrup is 100% Grade A and eggs are all from happy, free-range chickens. Sausages and bacon are supplied by fabulous butcher Nigel, at multi award-winning Mearns T. McCaskie in Wemyss Bay. Smoked salmon is prepared by the lovely folk at the Heatherfield Smokehouse in Lathallan and Macleod and MacLeod of Stornoway make our famous black pudding.
